2018 परीक्षा के लिए उपरोक्त समाचार से परीक्षा उपयोगी - करेंट अफेयर्स

1. मेघालय के लिए 48 मिलियन अमरीकी डॉलर हेतु भारत से विश्व बैंक के साथ किए ऋण समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर

i. विश्व बैंक के साथ "मेघालय कम्युनिटी- लेड लैंडस्केप मैनेजमेंट प्रोजेक्ट (MCLLMP)" के लिए 48 मिलियन अमरीकी डालर के आईबीआरडी ऋण हेतु एक ऋण समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए.

ii. परियोजना का उद्देश्य मेघालय राज्य में चयनित परिदृश्यों में समुदाय आधारित परिदृश्य प्रबंधन को मजबूत करना है.

परियोजना में तीन घटक हैं:

(i) प्राकृतिक संसाधन प्रबंधन के लिए ज्ञान और क्षमता को मजबूत करना;

(ii) समुदाय की अगुवाई वाली योजना और क्रियान्वयन तथा

(iii) परियोजना प्रबंधन और प्रशासन.

2. सरकार ने पीएमजीएसवाई को पूरा करने के लक्ष्य को 2022 से 2019 तक संशोधित किया

i. केंद्र सरकार ने कहा है कि प्रधान मंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना या पीएमजीएसवाई मार्च 2019 तक लक्ष्य हासिल करने के अपने मार्ग पर बेहतर ढंग से चल रही है. 2000 में स्थापना के बाद से यह योजना एक लाख 50 हजार से अधिक बस्तियों तक कनेक्टिविटी प्रदान करने में सफल रही है

ii.राष्ट्रीय विकास हेतु ग्रामीण सड़कों के महत्व और तात्कालिकता को समझते हुए, पीएमजीएसवाई-आई को पूरा करने की लक्ष्य तिथि को 2022 से 2019 कर दिया गया है.

3. प्रतिभा के लिए बैंगलोर सबसे ज्यादा भुगतान करने वाले शहर: रिपोर्ट

i. रैंडस्टेड इंडिया के अनुसंधान और विश्लेषण प्रभाग, रैंडस्टेड इनसाइट्स के अनुसार सभी स्तरों पर प्रतिभा के लिए कास्ट ऑफ कंपनी की औसत वार्षिक लागत (सीटीसी) और लगभग 11 लाख रुपये के कार्य के साथ बेंगलुरू का गार्डन सिटी सबसे अधिक भुगतान करने वाला शहर पाया गया है,

ii. पुणे लगभग 10 लाख रुपये के साथ दूसरे स्थान पर रहा, इसके बाद दिल्ली एनसीआर और मुंबई एक औसत वार्षिक सीटीसी आंकड़े के साथ क्रमशः 10 लाख रुपये और 9 लाख रुपये के करीब है.

4. विश्व बैंक ने 2018-19 में भारत की विकास दर का 7.3% अनुमान लगाया

i.विश्व बैंक ने इस वर्ष भारत के लिए 7.3% की वृद्धि दर तथा 2019 और 2020 के लिए 7.5% की वृद्धि दर का अनुमान लगाया है. बैंक ने यह भी कहा है कि भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था विमुद्रीकरण तथा वस्तु और सेवा कर के प्रभावों से उभर चुकी है.

ii. वाशिंगटन में वर्ष में दो बार की साउथ एशिया इकनोमिक फोकस रिपोर्ट में विश्व बैंक ने कहा है कि 2017 में विकास दर का 6.7% से बढ़कर 2018 में 7.3% तक पहुंचने की उम्मीद है तथा आगे भी निजी निवेश और निजी खपत में निरंतर वसूली के आधार पर स्थिरता को स्थिर करने की उम्मीद है.

5. नरेंद्र मोदी के दौरे को चिन्हित करने हेतु यूके अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सौर गठबंधन में शामिल हुआ

i. ब्रिटेन के प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की चार दिवसीय यात्रा से पहले यूनाइटेड किंगडम भारत के नेतृत्व वाले अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सौर गठबंधन (ISA) में शामिल हुए. कॉमनवेल्थ प्रमुखों की बैठक 2018 (CHOGM) के तहत लंदन स्टॉक एक्सचेंज में हुए एक आयोजन में, ब्रिटेन ने औपचारिक रूप से गठबंधन की सदस्यता की घोषणा की.

ii. इस गठबंधन का लक्ष्य 2030 तक सभी के लिए किफायती और टिकाऊ ऊर्जा प्रदान करने हेतु 1 खरब डॉलर का निजी और सार्वजनिक वित्तपोषण बढ़ाना है.

गोल्ड कोस्ट - कुल 66 पदकों के साथ खत्म हुआ भारत का अभियान, रचा इतिहास, मिला तीसरा स्थान

ऑस्ट्रेलिया में 21वें कॉमनवेल्थ खेलों के आखिरी 10वें दिन भारत ने 66 पदकों के साथ बहुत ही शानदार अंदाज में अपने शानदार अभियान का समापन किया. यह कुल मिलाकर भारत का खेलों के इतिहास में तीसरा सर्वकालिक सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन रहा. करोड़ों हिंदुस्तानी खेलप्रेमियों की नजरें आखिरी दिन इस बात पर लगी थीं कि क्या भारत साल 2014 में ग्लास्गो के प्रदर्शन को पीछे छोड़ पाएगा या नहीं. और भारतीय दल ने इन उम्मीदों पर पूरी तरह खरा उतरते हुए ग्लास्गो के 64 पदकों को पीछे छोड़ते हुए इतिहास रच दिया, लेकिन इसके साथ भारतीयों को थोड़ा यह मलाल जरूर होगा कि वे मैनचेस्टर (साल 2002, 69 पदक) से कुछ ही पीछे रह गए.

21वें कॉमवेल्थ गेम्स के आखिरी दिन भारतीय खिलाड़ी ने फिर से शानदार प्रदर्शन किया। आखिरी दिन भारतीय खिलाड़ियों ने दम दिखाया और उम्मीदों पर खरे उतरते हुए ग्लास्गो के 64 पदकों के रिकॉर्ड को पीछे छोड़ दिया। कुल मिलाकर भारत ने 66 पदक जीते। इनमें 26 स्वर्ण, 20 रजत और 20 कांस्य पदक शामिल हैं। कॉमनवेल्थ खेलों में ये भारत का अभी तक का तीसरा सर्वश्रेस्ट प्रदर्शन रहा। खेलों और 10वें दिन का आखिरी पदक बैडमिंटन पुरुष डबल्स में सात्विक साईराज रंकीरेड्डी और चिराग शेट्टी की फाइनल में हार के साथ रजत के रूप में आया।

इससे पहले बैडमिंटन के महिला सिंगल्स इवेंट में गोल्ड मेडल और सिल्वर मेडल दोनों पर भारत ने कब्जा कर लिया है। सायना नेहवाल ने बैडमिंटन के महिला सिंगल्स फाइनल में पी.वी. सिंधु को हराकर स्वर्ण पदक जीता लिया है, वहीं पी. वी. सिंधु को सिल्वर मेडल से संतोष करना पड़ा।  दुनिया के नंबर एक पुरुष बैडमिंटन खिलाड़ी किदांबी श्रीकांत ने सिल्वर मेडल जीता। वहीं पुरुष डब्ल्स के बैडमिंटन फाइनल में सात्विक रनकिरड्डी और चिराग चंद्रशेखर रेड्डी ने सिल्वर मेडल हासिल कर लिया। इन दोनों को फाइनल में इंग्लैंड के खिलाड़ियों से मात मिली।

तीसरे स्थान पर रहा भारत

गोल्ड कोस्ट में भारत के नाम कुल 66 मेडल रहे। भारतीय खिलाड़ियों ने 26 गोल्ड, 20 सिल्वर और 20 ब्रॉन्ज मेडल जीते। पदक तालिका में भारत तीसरे स्थान पर रहा। भारत से पहले 45 गोल्ड और कुल 136 पदकों के साथ इंग्लैंड दूसरे तो पहले स्थान पर ऑस्ट्रेलिया रहा। ऑस्ट्रेलिया ने 80 गोल्ड मेडल के साथ कुल 197 मेडल जीते।

भारत का तीसरा सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन

गोल्ड कोस्ट में आए 66 मेडल भारत का तीसरा सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन रहा। भारत ने सबसे ज़्यादा कुल 101 मेडल दिल्ली में 2010 में हुए कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स में जीते थे। दिल्ली में भारत ने 38 गोल्ड, 27 सिल्वर और 36 ब्रॉन्ज़ मेडल  जीते थे। इससे पहले 2002 में मेनचेस्टर में खेले गए कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स में भारत ने कुल 69 मेडल हासिल किए थे। मेनचेस्टर में भारत के नाम 30 गोल्ड, 22 सिल्वर और 17 ब्रॉन्ज़ मेडल रहे थे।

सायना ने दिलाया सोना

गोल्ड मेडल के लिए आखिरी मुकाबला भारत की सायना और पी.वी. सिंधु के बीच खेला गया। सायना ने सिंधु को 21-18, 23-21 से हराकर गोल्ड अपने नाम किया। सायना इसके साथ राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में दो स्वर्ण पदक जीतने वाली पहली भारतीय महिला बैडमिंटन खिलाड़ी बन गई हैं।

सायना और सिंधु के बीच एक-एक पॉइंट के लिए जबरदस्त टक्कर देखने को मिली। सायना पहला सेट 21-18 से जीती, वहीं दूसरे सेट में सिंधु ने जोरदार वापसी करते हुए सायना पर शुरुआत में बढ़त बनाई। लेकिन सायना ने आखिरी मौके पर फिर से वापसी की फिर गोल्ड मेडल अपने नाम किया। पहला गेम सिर्फ 22 मिनट तक चला तो दूसरा गेम खत्म होने में 34 मिनट लगे।

श्रीकांत ने भी जीता सिल्वर

किदांबी श्रीकांत स्वर्ण पदक जीतने में नाकाम रहे। तीन सेट तक चले कड़े मुकाबले में मलेशिया के ली चोंग वी ने 21-19, 14-21, 14-21 से मात देकर स्वर्ण पदक पर कब्जा किया वहीं श्रीकांत को रजत पदक से संतोष करना पड़ा। पहला सेट 23 मिनट, दूसरा सेट 21 मिनट और तीसरा सेट भी 21 मिनट चला।

इसके बाद पुरुष डब्ल्स के बैडमिंटन फाइनल में सात्विक साईराज रंकीरेड्डी और चिराग शेट्टी ने सिल्वर मेडल हासिल किया। इन दोनों को फाइनल में इंग्लैंड के मार्कस एलिस, क्रिस लैंग्रिज ने हराया। यूके के दोनों शटलर पहले सेट से ही भारतीय जोड़ी पर भारतीय जोड़ी पर भारी पड़ते नजर आ रहे थे। इंग्लिश जोड़ी ने बेहतर तालमेल दिखाया और भारतीय शटलरों ने पहला सेट 21-13 से गंवा दिया। वहीं भारतीय जोड़ी ने दूसरा सेट भी 21-16 से गंवाया।

बैडमिंटन में आया ब्रॉन्ज़

दिन की शुरुआत में टेबल टेनिस के मिक्स्ड डबल्स मुकाबले में भारत को ब्रॉन्ज मेडल मिला। मनिका बत्रा और जी.साथियान की जोड़ी ने हमवतन अचंत शरत कमल और मौमा दास की जोड़ी को 11-6, 11-2, 11-4 से हराया। इन कॉमनवेल गेम्स में मनिका बत्रा का यह चौथा मेडल रहा।
